“Verão com Emoção” Book (in english “Summer with Emotions”)
The aim of the DCTR association is to encourage activities that foster physical and psychological well-being, mainly among children and young adults. Thus, during the summer vacation period when activities are temporarily suspended, DCTR searched to provide something to its students so that they never lose sight of the fact that emotions are an essential part of each of them. It is within this context that the book "Verão com Emoção" was created, offering activities to children and enabling them to continue discovering and better dealing with their own emotions during the summer break.
The book is a collaboration with illustrator Natalia Zanettin, combining vibrant and fun colors with a dynamic layout to highlight the figures. As we flip through its pages, various elements are gradually discovered. With a prominent human figure, the interaction between the child and the illustrated character almost turns into a playful activity. Accompanied by five colorful little ghosts, each representing one of the five basic emotions - joy, sadness, disgust, fear, and anger - the book offers a unique experience focused on child development in a fun way.
